Policies: payments, shipments, returns

PAYMENT
Intentions accepts Visa, Master Card, Paypal and Money Orders.

All California sales will be charged sales tax at checkout. If paying by check or money order, please convo for revised total.

SHIPPING
We ship out twice a week.

US shipping is USPS Priority or First Class, depending on weight.

International shipping is for First Class International which can take 2-3 weeks, depending on country. Priority shipping is available. 4 to 6 products can fit in flat rate box for $13.50. If you want to change from the default First Class, please add a note in payment processing and I'll respond with the additional shipping quote.

INSURANCE
Please indicate if you would like insurance and I'll send a payment request for the standard USPS rate for goods.

RETURNS
Items, due to their personal nature are non-returnable. If damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

Wholesale inquiries are always welcome. Intentions offers low minimums, fast turn around on top seller stock. Our unique items help set shops apart from competition.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Inquire about individualized, custom choices for wedding functions, baby showers and home parties. We love to work with you to make your celebrations unique! We can custom design bridal party packages to co-ordinate with the bouquet flowers, only one of the special requests we love to provide!
